Dispute resolution

In disputes between lawyers and their clients, out-of-court dispute resolution is available on application from the competent bar association under section 73(2) no. 3 in conjunction with section 73(5) BRAO, or from the Schlichtungsstelle der Rechtsanwaltschaft under section 191f BRAO.

We are not obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration body and do not do so.
